Whether one has had a breast augmentation, breast lift, or a breast reduction, some women will desire additional surgery following their original breast procedure. Revisionary breast surgery is generally performed to make adjustments in the breasts to correct changes that have occurred due to pregnancy and/or aging, since the original procedure. In addition, in some cases adjustments in the original breast surgery may be desired soon after the original procedure. In this section we review many of the issues involving revisionary breast surgery. Such surgery can bring a great change to a woman's life by bringing the breasts back into the shape she desires.
