Our practice philosophy centers on building mutually trusting relationships with our patients. We place a premium on learning the individual goals you wish to achieve with surgery, and on providing the information you will need to help us achieve those goals with you.
With your first call, we give you all the time you need to (1) describe your goals and (2) ask any questions you need to become well informed about our approach to breast surgery. We also ask you some questions so that we can direct your care appropriately.
Comprehensive Consultation
We will offer you several options for a comprehensive office consultation with Dr. Connall. We perform these consultations throughout the week, but especially on Mondays and Thursdays, and occasionally on Saturday mornings. In addition, we will arrange to send you an orientation folder with complete information about your consultation, educational brochures, financing options, and an invitation to tour our online education program called "Emmi."
This first call can be as lengthy as you wish. We like it that way, because our team truly enjoys meeting new patients and discussing the procedures and options we have to offer you.
